How high are the shipping costs?
We ship our wines securely packaged via parcel service. Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of €9.90 per order. For orders over €100 (or 12 bottles or more), we deliver free of charge within Germany.
Which payment methods are offered?
To make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, we offer various secure payment methods. You can pay flexibly via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Sofortüberweisung, or the classic way via invoice (Klarna).
Do you also ship internationally (EU)?
Yes, we are happy to send our Tauberfranken-Genuss beyond the German borders! For deliveries to other EU countries (e.g., Austria, France, Netherlands), we charge a flat shipping rate of €15.90. Please note that the delivery time for this is approximately 3–7 working days.
