Abenheim Sauvignon Blanc trocken Ortswein

Ingredients

• 1 pieceBaguette
• 200 gFresh goat cheese
• 40 mlOlive oil
• 0,5 bunchChives
• 3 stemsFresh thyme
• 1 tspLemon zest
• 0,5 tspSea salt
• 0,3 tspBlack pepper

Preparation

1. 1Slice the baguette into approximately one-centimeter thick slices.
2. 2Lightly brush the bread slices with olive oil and toast them in a pan or the oven until golden brown.
3. 3Wash the herbs, pat them dry, and finely chop the chives and thyme leaves.
4. 4Mix the fresh goat cheese in a bowl with the lemon zest and chopped herbs until smooth.
5. 5Season the cream with a pinch of sea salt and some freshly ground pepper.
6. 6Spread the cheese mixture generously over the toasted baguette slices and serve immediately.
