Riesling trocken Gutswein

Ingredients

• 250 gwheat flour
• 125 mlwater
• 2 tbspvegetable oil
• 0,5 tspsalt
• 200 gcrème fraîche
• 100 gdiced bacon
• 2 piecesonions
• 1 pinchpepper

Preparation

1. 1Preheat the oven to 250°C (482°F) with the baking sheet inside.
2. 2Knead the flour, water, oil, and a pinch of salt into a smooth, supple dough.
3. 3Roll the dough out extremely thin on a floured surface or parchment paper.
4. 4Mix the crème fraîche with a little pepper and spread it evenly over the crust.
5. 5Cut the onions into fine strips and distribute them along with the bacon over the crème fraîche.
6. 6Slide the Flammkuchen onto the hot baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
