Sauvignon Blanc alcoholfree

Ingredients

• 1 pieceripe mango
• 0,5 piecepineapple
• 1 piecegreen apple (e.g., Granny Smith)
• 200 gseedless green grapes
• 2 piecesorganic limes (juice and zest)
• 0,5 bunchfresh mint
• 2 tbspliquid honey or agave nectar

Preparation

1. 1Peel the mango and pineapple, remove the core and stem, and cut into approximately 1 cm cubes.
2. 2Wash the apple, remove the core, and dice finely as well.
3. 3Wash the grapes and halve them depending on their size.
4. 4For the dressing, scrub the limes in hot water, finely zest one lime, and juice both fruits.
5. 5Whisk the lime juice, zest, and honey together in a small bowl until smooth.
6. 6Pluck the mint leaves from the stems, cut into fine strips, and stir into the dressing.
7. 7Gently toss all prepared fruit in a large bowl with the dressing.
8. 8Let the fruit salad sit for about 10 minutes and toss briefly again before serving.
