Dornfelder Rotwein Gutswein

Ingredients

• 200 gRobust mountain cheese
• 100 gAir-dried artisanal salami
• 4 slicesSourdough farmhouse bread
• 1 bunchRadishes
• 4 piecesPickled gherkins
• 50 gSweet cream butter
• 0,5 bunchFresh chives

Preparation

1. 1Slice the farmhouse bread into generous slices and set the butter out to reach room temperature.
2. 2Cut the mountain cheese into uniform, bite-sized wedges or cubes.
3. 3Thinly slice the salami and arrange it decoratively in a fan shape on a wooden board.
4. 4Wash the radishes, trim the greens, and either halve them or slice them thinly.
5. 5Quarter the gherkins lengthwise or slice them into fans.
6. 6Finely chop the chives and sprinkle them over the butter or the radishes.
7. 7Arrange all prepared ingredients on a large wooden board and serve alongside the fresh bread.
