Spätburgunder Rotwein trocken Gutswein

Ingredients

• 4 slicesWalnut bread
• 250 gRipe Camembert
• 4 tspLingonberry preserves
• 4 piecesWalnut halves
• 20 gButter

Preparation

1. 1Slice the walnut bread into approximately 1 cm thick pieces and arrange them on a serving platter.
2. 2Cut the Camembert at room temperature into even pieces to allow its aroma to fully develop.
3. 3Spread a thin, even layer of butter on each bread slice and arrange the cheese on top in a fan shape.
4. 4Top each portion with a small dollop of lingonberry preserves in the center.
5. 5Coarsely chop the walnut halves and sprinkle them over the cheese as a decorative garnish.
