Saint Laurent Rotwein trocken Gutswein

Ingredients

• 1 pieceBaguette
• 30 mlOlive oil
• 150 gDuck liver mousse
• 50 gFig mustard
• 2 piecesFresh figs
• 1 pinchFleur de sel
• 2 sprigsFresh thyme

Preparation

1. 1Cut the baguette into slices approximately 1 cm thick.
2. 2Lightly brush both sides of the slices with olive oil and toast until golden brown in a pan or in the oven at 180 degrees.
3. 3Allow the toasted crostini to cool briefly so they retain their crispness.
4. 4Spread the duck liver mousse evenly onto the cooled bread slices using a knife or a piping bag.
5. 5Place a small decorative dollop of fig mustard on top of the mousse.
6. 6Slice the fresh figs into thin wedges and garnish the crostini with them.
7. 7Finish with a pinch of fleur de sel and a few plucked thyme leaves, then serve immediately.
